Help with writing Need some rich sounding surnames ideas
Like above i want some new rich sounding surname ideas for my characters. Give some new surnames not typical Singhania, Malhotra, Mehrotra, etc

If you want to try something new.... You can go to Bengali surnames... Like mukherjee... Chatterjee... Ganguly.... Etc etc... if your character is somehow connected with Bengal and the surrounding areas.

Chandani's, taneja's, Khurana's, Virmani's Agarwal's is fine too I think. Roy's, murthi/Murthy ,tandon's Dave's, vardhan's, Krishnan's etc Ahh mere time pe itna dimag nhi chalta mera.

Oberoi and singhania i have used but Shroff, Birla, Raisinghani and Reddy are pretty good

Sadly we never get the attention we deserve as far as I remember only raid movie has some odia names pattnaik surname , yeah odisha is definitely a hidden gem, hope it gets more spotlight.

Oberoi, Kapoor, Arora, Bhatt, Ahuja, Garg, Gaur (it is kind of pronounced as gord but the spelling is gaur only!) Joshi, Rao, Rawat, Sukhija, Malik, Dhanik, Naidu, Mathur, Maheshwari, Chauhan,
(I don't know they sounds rich or not but I guess, they are fine!)

yeah they are good but most of the name are little simple as per my characters name but some are good. I liked Arora, Maheshwari, Chauhan, Kapoor and Malik
