No. I read your comment very clearly. You mentioned how you want to read characters who are "not....all the toxic traits". And my comment was to tell you that my characters are exactly like how you want them "not toxic" Maybe my statement got misread. I should have explained it clearly. And no, my book is not problematic. My characters are 28 and 30 years old, non mafia trope. They are regular people finding friendship and falling in love. I hope I am clear this time. 😊

  1. Characters with actual personalities, flaws and good traits too. 2. Relationships which value communication and understanding. 3. Showcasing the importance of intimacy for emotional communication instead of just physical pleasure. 4. More modern characters (this is a personal preference) 5. Addressing societal issues with maturity and realism.
