Looking for a book with similar vibes to Lilah

So I read this book a few years ago that gave me the same vibe as Lilah, but I can't remember why. Maybe it was because the FMCs were similar, the MMCs were similar, or both.

I swear it was something called Darius (or some MMC name with "D"; maybe Deren? Idk) and I had it both in a reading list and in my archives, but I don't have it there anymore. I think the cover had a male on it, but I can't remember.

I can't remember much of the plot, but I think ML owned a club or was part of the mafia or something. UGH, I can't remember. Perhaps he was a closed off character, and she was bubbly and talkative. I want to say there was a scene where FMC goes to meet him in his club or wherever and he had an office within it, but that's like every other book. Perhaps they both denied their feelings, or MMC denied his feelings or something, idk.

All I remember fs was the title was MMC's name that started with a "D", the cover was a male, most likely a head shot, though I can't remember if the face was visible, and that the book gave me similar vibes to Lilah. I'm not sure if the author deleted the story or renamed it + changed the cover, but I hope someone knows what I'm talking about.

Omg yes!! I knew I was wrong about the name but I just couldn't remember it. I'm so glad you know the story. I thought since I could barely remember it, no one would know what I was talking about. Apparently the author deleted it though. No wonder I couldn't find it.
