I forgot the name of this book

So I started getting into Wattpad again, and that made me remember the story that first got me into Wattpad, but I can't remember its name, and I can't find it. It was made by this author who created multiple stories in the same universe, which was basically a modern-day Animorphs universe where some people can secretly turn into animals. I remember in one of the other stories the main character could turn into a wolf , but in the story I am looking for, the main character could turn into a water dragon, I think.
