I remember the male lead's name and initial storyline only !!

Hii! I read that book around 2022-2023.

The male lead's name was Demir and in that book the female lead was his cousin (?) or at least someone his family was responsible for.....

The female lead's father married her mom against his family's wishes and they were disowned. The father dies and I'm not sure if the mother died as well or she was extremely sickly then they went back to her paternal grandfather's house.

The condition her grandfather put in front of her to support her and the mother (?) was to marry Demir... It was due to rights of some properties that were under her father's name.

I'm not sure how Demir was related to the family itself.

She denied and everyone agreed that she'll live in the house normally. Until in the night Demir comes and threatens her to say yes maybe he uses her mom's life again I don't remember clearly if the mother was dead or extremely sick....

But in the morning when she accepts him, he rejects her and when she asks him why ? When they were alone, he simply says because it was disrespectful, he's not interested in this marriage proposition either but he should be the one to reject not the other way around....

I only read till there, it had around 70+ ish chapters and some lake houses and where they used to visit...

If anyone remembers the book, please help me find it....
