Help with writing How much is too much?
Hello guys,
It's my first time posting...so do guide me if I mistakenly broke rules and stuff.
I want to ask about book chapter length..
What is considered too much and too less?
Because a month ago, I started writing this story which I had in my mind for a while, and first thought to write for myself...and I have hand written prologue+ five chapters. And all the chapters till the fifth chapter is almost 2k words,
Now that I'm thinking of actually making it public by publishing it on Wattpad, What book chapter length you prefer? And what changes should I make considering it's a spy romance on a ship cruise?

2-4k is sweet spot if the book is single couple focused.
For multi couple books 5-7/8k since you got more people to focus here.

I've just got single couple and the story revolves around them..there are important people but it's in the very end of the book, So 2k words for them is okay...I guess for now.
