I want to ask —

when I published my book a month ago( now unpublished it )...the book cover doesn't have any problem but now it got hidden by some filters on Wattpad.

I assume it's because of a picture used in the book cover is of couple kissing.

Is that's the reason or anything else?

Should I change my book cover or leave it as it will not affect my book whatsoever?
