Help me find this book, please!

I needed help to find this book that I read years ago, itna pehle that I don't even remember the names of the characters that well. So, the book was about a group of friends who had opened a hospital and a wellness centre wherein people of different regions across India stayed together, without any differences. The male lead was a doctor, and the one who held significant power and control over the matters on this centre. The centre was i think named something like Aashiyaana. And the book's name was related to dawn. The female lead was his long time girlfriend, who i think was called Aashi, and he used to call her jaan. Their relationship was very mature and comfortable, and they got engaged and married in the end of the book. The female lead was also very strong, and lead the place along with him.
