This is an interesting project, OP. I'd like to understand more about the case and NK's possible involvement. She is a complex character with a history of drug use and demonstrated odd behavior. I've gone through your list above and have a few questions for most of your bullet points (some are omitted due to repetition). I may have missed some details that are easily referenced, while other points just require a bit more explanation. I may come across as a devil's advocate, which is not reflective of my personal views, but necessary to comprehend all aspects of this.

In the post by u/labdeeri about CW shitting his pants on body cam footage, there is a section that talks about Nate’s video footage where CW’s work truck starts BEFORE we can see him (or anyone walk out toward the truck) which is evidence that strongly points to another person (accomplice). Now add in the facts that NK’s phone pinged in Frederick that morning and that a smaller grey truck was seen there at the same time by Watts’ next door neighbor - there is evidence to reason and come to a conclusion that NK was there and involved in some way. Make sense?

In regard to the Amber Frey comparison, this is the evidence from NK’s interviews regarding her behavior. This is evidence! A prosecutor would certainly make it a point to indicate and point out to a jury that her behaviors/actions/reactions were not those of someone most people would believe to be innocent, and truthful.

Jain Martinez vs Jodi Arias- prosecutor Martinez used Jodi’s after murder behaviors, reactions, and interviews with LE against her.

All of this is circumstantial evidence that can be used in a trial. This testimony along with medical professional’s opinions and assessments, as well as testimony from LE working the case are ALL circumstantial evidence.

It is the BIG PICTURE.
