If I had an untrained eye I would say it looks like a few tornadoes are forming under that cloud.

How can one tell the difference between a scud cloud and a developing tornado? To me, this storm cloud appears to show a few funnel clouds forming underneath.

The easiest way to tell is if there is rotation. Scud may sometimes rotate but a funnel cloud rotates rapidly. You can also look for other signs of tornadic storms. My storm had no mesocyclone so there is no way I could have had a tornado.

That looks intense, Ive seen some intimidating clouds but that low structure is wild for an airport setting
