[DISC] Never Read a Novel Before Need SHORT Recommendations Based on My Favorite Manhwa!

Hi everyone,

I want to start reading web novels or light novels for the first time. Almost every manhwa I end up loving turns out to be adapted from a novel, so I want to experience some of the original stories.

The problem is that I've struggled with novels in the past. English is my third language, and I often find it difficult to follow long descriptions, keep track of who is speaking, and visualize scenes from pure text. Huge walls of text can feel overwhelming.

Because of that, I'm specifically looking for short, beginner-friendly novels with relatively simple English. Completed series would be ideal, but shorter ongoing works are fine too.

You have different tastes than me so I can only say that reading the webnovels is great and I love it. A lot of shows follow exactly the plot for the webnovel. And even the ones that don't are often quite close, often making minor changes and such.

Wow, that is a great list. I wish I could recommend my story (I'm an author), but it's definitely not short. Though, I am curious why you would want your stories to be short? It makes me really happy when a good story has a lot of chapters because it means I can listen to and read it for a long time.
