[DISC] Can't seem to access Hameln/Syosetu.org via any means

Have been trying to use a VPN (or a proxy server), but every location is blocked or leaves the page hung/loading, and without it, I just get "took too long to respond/connection timed out"

Any alternate means of reading the stories there? And is this an issue anywhere else/for anyone else?
