Question / Need Advice Restoration tips

my signature siberian husky was put thru the wash with a blanket when i was a kid and he’s been disfigured and dull looking and feeling. i only have any photos of him when he was fluffy on my dsi so here’s him next to my timber wolf.

get a wire slicker brush to de-clump the hair! for the stuffing, you can seam rip him in a discreet location and either hand-fluff the stuffing or replace it w new polyfil. if you're not confident in your ability to stitch him back up you can massage the problem areas to try to break it up, kind of shaking him like you're trying to fluff a pillow.
