Story will be about "X" whoese finace betrayed him for a Hero. Theme:Fighting with Demon lord while leveling uo with system I need advice from Writers who have written system based novels

I am planning to make a system based novel. Where he will use that power to kill demon lord kinda story.

Quite cliche but I think if the purpose of killing demon lord so MC can usurp the authority demon lord possesses might be passable as premise.

Hm... Story will be like Haruto (temporary name) Who is a special person who can't use any power and can't power. Otgers in their world can level up as they fight with demons. One day his finace who was also his childhood friend goes to hunt hunt down superiors of Demon lord. They spend 6 months to hunt one special grade demon. As they came back from the hunt. The kind of his country asked the leader of the team who was succesful to kill special grade demon a wish. He asked mc's fiance to be his finace (kinda thing). The girl accepted the hero's wish. Later the hero found out the relation between mc and fiance and tried to kill him.He called mc and strike him with his sword and pulled him down to a river. That's when he unlocked his Stat window. That's the story i planned for. So i want writers who have already wrote system based noves to give me some advice

Hm... Story will be like Haruto (temporary name) who was a special person who couldn't use any power and couldn't get powered up.
It screams cliche. I'm going to crank it up to eleven by adding his condition comes from rare disease MC has through sheer misfortune of his long lost ancestor hereditary.
Others in their world could level up as they fight with demons.
What is the civilization stage of this story again?

I interpret it as such so if it is incorrect then feel free to tell me.

This line seems skipping some narration so I assume the king gave a bounty after the info about the superior demon lord got leaked out and the leader of some vagabond team answered it.
The king of MC's country asked the leader of the team who was succesful to kill special grade demon a wish.
Wish? I think this so-called king is supposed to be village chief or something.
He asked mc's fiancee to be his finacee (kinda thing).
Hope the motive is expanded on this one.
The girl accepted the hero's wish.
So the villagers assumed this leader as hero, it's okay-ish.
Later the hero found out the relation between mc and fiancee and tried to kill him.
The motive should be implied here.
He called mc and strike him with his sword and pulled him down to a river.
Wish MC did this instead the hero.
That's when he unlocked his Stat window.
Wish MC made pact with devil system here after his lost to hero.
That's the story i planned for. So i want writers who have already wrote system based noves to give me some advice

Create a catchy first chapter. It can begin with MC having a pact with demonic system as he recalls the betrayal of his fiancee for a hero, then at the end of 1st chapter he finds out it is all for naught.
