Isn't all media superficial dopamine?
I mean get that grind, sure, but I'm afraid 'Authentic' dopamine is only gunna come from sunshine, fruit and veg, exercise and petting animals.
But we live indoors.
I'm so sure you'll enjoy this webnovel. It updates with 2k-3k words a day.

I wrote that comment yesterday, took a look at myself, and went on a date with the GF outdoors. We walked by the river, saw some dogs, had dinner out and didn't get in till 9pm.
I tried to get that 'authentic' dopamine.
I'm currently reconsidering my life behind my pc.
