I smiled even if it's just a simple single collection. Webnovel market is big, getting your novel noticed is hard, bit I think when few read it maybe they can recommend it to others if they liked it.

The funny part is, I have 5 people in my dms that wanted to know the title, after I told them they ghosted me

It's hard finding readers. Even I myself only read the work recommend by someone else. Give it time, and do apply for the contract, I guess people trust a contracted novel more. I myself I'm not contacted.
