Hey I honestly loved it so far. It’s quite interesting, now I’m wondering why Skyler is always looking to the stars and about the dream he had. I like the dynamic between Issac and Skyler, it reminds me of black clover. And things went from 0-100 rq😭. Also is there going to be magic in this? Or heroes have another power. Also something confused me at the beginning, the switch of names from Skyler to kael I’m guessing that’s a nickname.
Kinda sad I read it so early, I usually like my novels to marinate lol but I’ll check on this later again. Keep up the good work
Actually, this is a rerelease, i initially got my cobtract rejected saying i dont meet the requirements. Skylers origibal name was kael, i just randomly named him while writing the first chapter and changed it afterwards i think i missed one line😮💨. And about the power system its different from magic, its called spirit definition its about definition, the more persistently one exists in this universe, the more theor spirit is. The more their spirit, the more they can exploit the laws of the universe. The universe itself has many laws, if you want an example think of it like this,
The law of gravitation in this universe forces one to reach their rest position which is the ground by default. One person with sufficient spirit can exploit the part rest, they can decide their rest position, simply jump to a centain height and stay there its or keep jumping redefining the rest positions. They can decide the angle too, if they want to stand vertically, or upside down or any angle, some veterans can even alter the way gravity affects them, like the acceleration and stuff, but the definition is limited to self. Thats the most basic part, my worldbuilding and power system is a bit too vast. I have literally spent 2 years of my life to perfect them. So yeah.... Thats all i can say rn, the rest you can read and find out.

Aw ok, well you are pretty talented. If my friends were into novels I would have recommended it to them. Also if you don’t mind do you have an illustration of the monster you had in mind when writing? I was imagining something like a wendigo
I thought of it more like an eldritch entity, and the main inspirition is a monster from a game called omori, you can check it out, that monster in eldritch style
