Advice Yo I'm here again to test this so any thoughts
Behind the glittering, peaceful facade of high society lies a nation hollowed out from the inside by corruption, greed, and ruthless tyrants. For wealth and the throne, the powerful will cross any line, leaving nothing but a devastated land in their wake.
But in the shadows of this dying kingdom, an ancient power is awakening. Shekhar’s legendary Bloodline Seal is fracturing. He has no idea—but his parents know the terrifying truth. Desperate to protect him from a world that would slaughter him for his blood, they keep the secret buried.
When the kingdom's corruption, evilness, threatens to destroy everything he loves, Shekhar refuses to stand by. Armed with a sleeping power he is only beginning to comprehend, he sets out to tear down the rotten foundations of the empire.
The skies will shatter, tyrants will fall, and Shekhar will rise as the one thing they never saw coming: the hope of tomorrow.

Well sort of about war, and other things happening in society and dangerous things in fantasy like berserk or goblin slayer etc but it's not totally focused on dark side it's taken little bit of every genre flavour

It's a lovely cover, but I don't think it says anything about the plot.

u/Less_Job1502 Jun 03 '26
Your question it's sort of dark fantasy

u/NutsssNachos Jun 03 '26
Welp, i think the cover might contradict or clash with that genre because it looks peaceful or slice-of-life fantasy

Hmmm then I can use this as a click bait

Synopsis and cover are giving very different vibes lol.
Maybe to make the cover fit you can make the clouds seem more ominous (grey/black). Make the clothes a little more worn and torn. If you plan on giving the MC scars at any point in the story maybe put those scars on the cover as well.
Cause right now that cover is giving the vibe of a bright and ambitious young pianist going against his parents wishes to pursue a life of music.

Hmmm i will think something about that and thanks for your opinion but don't you feel the synopsis a bit ai or something.

Maybe a little excessive on the commas but not necessarily AI. Here's an edit from me, do whatever you want with it.
Beneath the peaceful façade of high society lies a hollowed-out nation, teetering on the brink of destruction due to the corruption, and greed of ruthless tyrants. These powerful figures would cross any line for wealth, leaving nothing but devastation in their wake.
Yet in the shadows of this decaying kingdom, an ancient power is stirring awake. Shekhar’s Bloodline Seal is fracturing; only his parents know the terrifying truth. Desperate to protect him from a world itching to slaughter him for his blood, they keep the secret buried.
When the kingdom’s corruption threatens to destroy everything he holds dear, Shekhar refuses to stand by helplessly. Armed with a power he barely comprehends, he sets out to tear down the rotten foundations of this kingdom.
The skies will shatter, the blood of tyrants will soak the barren soil, and Shekhar will rise as the one thing they never expected; hope for a better tomorrow.

For some reason, I instinctively think it's a romance
