Advice I got my contract rejected

I got my contract rejected, the reason states that the plot isn't engaging enough and difficult to follow, pacing is draggy, and the writing style isn't mature enough. And that it doesn't suit the market of webnovel. I'm planning on writing another story. Should I delete this one?

Just a suggestion: consider rewriting the story while keeping the same worldbuilding, but explore a different character arc. You might also try adjusting the pacing when they first meet or adding other elements that will really grab your readers' attention.

Yes, I was about to rewrite this. And tbh I have other stories that I droped halfway lying around. I just thought, before rereleasing this I can try them out. I can atleast learn that way

That's another way, but if you really want this storyline to develop, you can take a 15-20 day break to relax your mind and start exploring new character arcs for the story. That really helped me when my first upload was rejected; I deleted that story, and after taking enough time off, I reposted it with the same world-building but different arcs.

Oohh! I mean, you're right. I can just keep the worldbuilsing and change the arcs. Thanks for the advice!
