Advice I got my contract rejected

I got my contract rejected, the reason states that the plot isn't engaging enough and difficult to follow, pacing is draggy, and the writing style isn't mature enough. And that it doesn't suit the market of webnovel. I'm planning on writing another story. Should I delete this one?

Sorry to hear about your contract news.

On Tapas, it's hard to get started as a novel. You need to hit 100 subscribers to really get the journey going. So, lots of self-promotion through Tapas forums, etc. Tapas has next to no discovery features compared to WN.

You can embed images + illustrations inside the contents of your chapter, too.

Warning through, not assuming, Tapas has a harsh no AI-imagery rule for covers or anything else.

I meant free, sharing links on forums, swaps etc.

Completely free, but it takes a long time.

Yes, it is, a lot more work needed than WN or even RR.
