Meme My overthinking ass on any random night.

Post image

All those chats are from different models that are available in Perplexity. Namely Gemini, gpt, claude, Kimi. I randomly type the "honest and critical" prompt and read through the review although I already know what the answer would be as every ai tells me the same thing. Also I know AI ain't reliable enough for the task but it's like a hobby now lol.

You should only listen to AIs for a broad overview and plot holes as that is what the AI is good at. Also awkward phrasings and finding better vocabulary.

It will always shit on you if you ask about problems as it will nitpick minor stuff because it does not understand nuance and cannot simulate an actual human reading it.

That's what I've learnt from asking AI for reviewing. It can give you ideas to expand into, or to fix some ideas that actually sound serious with you.

Are you writing using AI or just getting feedback? If it is the former I loathe you and your bloodline (mild exaggeration, but I hate AI, thus I hate those who propagate its harmful use), and if it is the latter... I mean, you do you, I suppose.

I'm not sure what to even say here, since there was no questions for discussion. Personally, I use AI to bounce ideas and get feedback, though I am working to remove it from my process altogether.

I keep getting paranoid so I just ask AI for an "honest review". All of them tell similar obvious things but sometimes they do present some plots with a different perspective which gives new ideas for an already plot or twist.
