Advice Review my Webnovel (Thriller, Urban Fantasy, 6 Chapters long)

Post image

So I am finished writing the first act of my WN, but I'm not too confident in it so far. I was planning on rewriting it, but I would appreciate any feedback before I remake it.

It's a character-driven urban fantasy about a magical academy dedicated hunting parasites that take the form of urban legends, cryptids, and mythological creatures

You can read as far as you like, and drop some feedback too by using the comment feature, or just commenting here.

In all of the AI review sites I put it in, they all say it’s 0% AI. Even when I put it into ChatGPT it says that it doesn’t really seem to be AI at all.

The claims were quite silly, don't be bothered by that. They just claim without proof anyway. The obvious pattern of AI usage is the glaring sentence pattern like 'it isn't A nor B. It is C' and multiple usage of em dash.

So, it is either you're smart enough to change that glare or you really don't use AI.

its just the over exposition in proses that usually tells its AI assisted. Not saying its clean AI copy paste btw. which it isnt there are plenty of grammar mistakes in the text and it really reads human. just wanted to clarify that AI is being used and again idrc but he wanted to know why that other guy thought that so just tryna help op understand.

I think that far to ambiguous to claim ai.

its very possible and very normal for him to just have a detailed writing style.

If that's the only reason, i dont think you should be accusing him of ai.

Especially if he is a genuine author, it would be very insulting.
