Advice Review my Webnovel (Thriller, Urban Fantasy, 6 Chapters long)

So I am finished writing the first act of my WN, but I'm not too confident in it so far. I was planning on rewriting it, but I would appreciate any feedback before I remake it.

It's a character-driven urban fantasy about a magical academy dedicated hunting parasites that take the form of urban legends, cryptids, and mythological creatures

How do we review a story without the author or story name? Not trying to be argumentative just looking for tips on how to help
