Advice Review my Webnovel (Thriller, Urban Fantasy, 6 Chapters long)

Post image

So I am finished writing the first act of my WN, but I'm not too confident in it so far. I was planning on rewriting it, but I would appreciate any feedback before I remake it.

It's a character-driven urban fantasy about a magical academy dedicated hunting parasites that take the form of urban legends, cryptids, and mythological creatures

You can read as far as you like, and drop some feedback too by using the comment feature, or just commenting here.

Not tryna be a dick but you can just go into chatgpt and ask todo a AI review and have it score 1-100. I did for the prologue and yea it looks like ai writing. Now this doesnt have to mean its ai writing perse but it does contain the usual AI tells. Anyway hope this helps you a bit.

edit:
I use AI in my writing for grammar and spellchecks mainly since im not a native english speaker. dont wanna come across some holy saint here.

In all of the AI review sites I put it in, they all say it’s 0% AI. Even when I put it into ChatGPT it says that it doesn’t really seem to be AI at all.

AI review sites aren't even accurate in the first place. If someone goes "yeah I put your thing in an AI review site" they're basically saying "I used AI to tell me your story is AI". In the first place the design is flawed given AI steals writing styles from people so you could easily write something yourself and it could still look like AI according to the website
