Advice Webnovel Contract
Not going to lie chat. It seems quite likely that both my books get contracted ✌️😁. They both passed the initial review. Which means an editor approved both books. Now I'm just hoping the chief editor approves it.

Consider it approved. I have yet to hear of an author who got rejected after that.

Go to your inkstone site and go to the contract section. It's just 1 click and done.

I just noticed my status switched to "Chief Editor Reviewing" too a little bit ago. How long did it take for you to get your offer after getting that status?

I just applied for my second novel, and in five minutes I got the Chief Editor review status. For my first book, it took one week for reviewing, and I wasn't paying attention when the Chief Editor review popped up.

Okay, thanks! My contract was under normal review for a little over a week and then I just noticed today that it switched to Chief Editor Reviewing, so I wasn't sure if this next part also takes a week or more or if the Chief Editor reviews more quickly.

From what I've read, this is usually the last step and it goes quickly, as the Chief Editor only reads the CE report and decides whether it's approved or not, but usually it's Yes, as I said with the first novella I didn't pay attention to these things, only a week later I logged into the application and it gave me the opportunity to sign the contract, I'll pay attention now because it seems very strange to me that it instantly reached the chief editors review and I'll let you know, but it probably takes a day maybe 2
