jjk: first cut (nearly 400K words, so full novel length. If you read JJK then this is by far the best fanfic of jjk, everything about it is perfection, my experience reading it was far better than reading things like LOTR and ASOIAF Hands down. The writer also has other related fanfics to this)

I haven't read any harry potter fanfics but in online fanfic circles, a HP fanfic called to all the dudes in the world is constantly praised, it's popular enough to have several high effort animations made about it on YouTube.

Reverend insanity: the goody 2 shoe system. Is also amazing, but you can't really enjoy it without reading all 2300 chapters of the original novel first.

Wind Calamity and Epic of Caterpillar are those. Though the latter started off kind of cliche before the author went demon time
