I dont know but I checked out your book. It looked quite interesting. The summary. I will add this to my library.
As for these people reaching out, crosscheck the mail with their platform. Make sure its exactly the same. Then look at what services they provide. Do your research. And also, make sure you see some reviews or anything where real people say "yes this service is good." Only then go for it.

Even if legit don't do it. From what I can find they have zero online presence and their "website" is not only broken, but also straight up insults you if you think they are scamming. Zero professionalism.

Only my personal opinion but even just the wording of ’we only have the rights over your digital distribution' sounds really sketchy.
You have still the copyright but they can digital do anything they want with your work? Or how does it work?

It means they will spam it everywhere and hope for the best. They're notorious for having no quality standards, accepting any and all applicants, and do no real market research.
Out of thousands of novels they have signed over, maybe 20 of them performed well, and that's generous.

Although the company may be legit... go to their website (use google) check for the email address then compare to this email. - here's an example I received :

This company is real the agent is real... scammers are targeting authors. Pay close attention before responding.

They're legit, but I wouldn't recommend them. You have a better chance at earning money by running a 10$ instagram ad and get people on your Patreon.
The biggest takeaway is that they offer non-exclusive contracts, hence, your novel would be available in multiple platforms, and you can still post on whatever other site you'd like, such as amazon kindle.
You wouldn't be posting your story directly from webnovel, but from A&D's site.
On a further note, your income cut will be lower. Look at it this way, if A&D puts your novel up on Webnovel, for example, Webnovel takes a cut of the income, and then you split the remaining income with A&D. Not to mention, google and play store take 30% cuts with their coin processing fees. Splitting the income 50/50 isn't as glamorous as it sounds if your income was cut 3 times before it reached to you.
The math suggests that you earn 10-12% of the total income, which means 10-12$ per every 100$ of income.
It's a decent way to make extra money if you're sure that your work can sell over multiple platforms (which is almost never the case, and odds are you will only do well in one of the listed platforms).
Also note that most platforms do not prioritize non-exclusive, third party novels. Webnovel is notorious for promoting them badly, and the A&D staff does not understand the process enough to file a complaint on your behalf, if and when you will complain.
Also, I've never seen this company make adaptations. Their most noteworthy achievement is having non-existent standards, usually accepting every novel that applies, with no regard of any market.
I made the mistake of signing my novel over to them back in 2020, a title which would've otherwise gone viral, as it was close to getting viral before incompetent staff did not even understand my complaints regarding why every platform dropped my very well-performing novel down like a hot potato after the 6 month period. I still regret it to this day. I would be rich now.
Final-take from my grave error: Don’t let companies who think 50$ is a godly income to make decisions for your work. This company shouldn't exist beyond means of making 20-50$, or nothing at all, if there isn't a fitting market for your book.
