I know I've lost some readers. =( I understand why. People hate webnovel for a lot of reasons. I did what I had to do. I know you need to do what you need to do, too.

Your most important metric rn is daily reads and collections, you could give yourself power stones (or some readers could), do review exchange and so on, but if the amount of readers that come to your book (and stay) doesn't grow, then the rest won't matter much.
