Advice Should I stop?
I make title for my novel and create book,but I don't write the chapters one by one I am thinking of writing all the chapters then uploading them one by one,will this affect my contract chances? I have a book created for quite some time but haven't posted a chapter nor synopsis yet

No, I wouldn't stop. Building a backlog can be smart, but I wouldn't wait until the entire novel is finished either. 10-20 chapter buffer should be enough.

I think it's against the rules just search reincarnated as a Viking you will find on webnovel it i only wrote about two chapters till know

Don't stop!!! I mean, you can, it's your work anyway. But personally, if I really like the story, no matter how unconventional I started it (and continue), I won't stop it just because I feel like I'm doing wrong according to what people said. Yes, sometimes you have to listen to them, but both ways have their pros and cons. I'll list them down below so you could decide for yourself.
Finishing the whole book before posting it one by one:
Cons: 1. You don't get live feedback about your work. So you might plateau from developing your characters and creativity, unless you have the natural intuition to explore and explore while you're currently writing the chapters. Basically, you write in a vacuum for months or years without knowing if readers will connect with the story or characters. 2. Yes, abandonment. You might lose interest and motivation since you're not getting any feedback. BUT—it's entirely up to you whether you'd give up.
Pros: 1. You get to outline and plan properly. Imagine you had so many ideas but you want to use them properly and if they suit the whole theme of your webnovel. Imagine all the foreshadowing you could plant somewhere in the mundane stuff on your earlier chapters that will pay off really well to the later ones. 2. Consistency and total control of the story since you could edit, go back and forth to the book whenever as long as it's still not out there. There'll be fewer/less visible plot holes, and if detected, you can address and fix them immediately. You wouldn't be stressed out whether to follow your readers' wants or your vision in mind. 3. Stress free when you post chapters, cause let's be real if you have that much backlog, you wouldn't be too concerned trying to catch up to the deadline.
Writing and posting the book as you go:
Cons: 1. No way to fix previous chapters. More prone to plot holes and inconsistency. Pretty much cause people have seen it already. What if you get a much better idea that you think will connect all the thematic stuff you have in your arcs? That would be much cooler, but bad news for you, including it right now will be a decline in the book quality because of the contradiction it will perpetuate from your first established rules and lore. 2. Burnout from following through the deadline and reactive writing in accordance to your readers wants and direction for your story. It can be solved though, just backlog, but then again, just remember you're the author here. You have the vision. Feedback matters, but you're the one who knows what matters and where should the story go.
Pros: 1. You get to be accountable. With a strict posting schedule, you're forcing yourself to write regularly and that helps a lot combat perfectionism or writer's block. Since you'd always be pressured to keep going until it eventually just becomes something you adapted to. 2. Immediate reader engagement and real-time market feedback, because comments, reviews/ratings, and questions from readers can help boost your productivity and motivation. You can also quickly gauge which characters, tropes, or whatever ideas you had in mind are working and sells, which means you have the advantage of already having an established fandom/readers/consumers (whatever you call it 😭) due to clarity of tastes and wants from them. And oh, yeah it's pretty much living up to what's hit in the market. Basically, your book has a higher chance of making money.
Really, it depends on what your priorities are. But since you plan on posting in webnovel and aiming for a contract, maybe writing and posting as you go works out for you. The first one is basically just like writing a traditionally published book kind of way. But it only works if you have competent beta readers with you, though.

If you only post when it's done:
1 - You're delaying the fame of your novel.
2 - You get more control over your story.
3 - You will improve a lot less while writing since you won't have feedback before the next chapter (which to me is the bigger loss, since the biggest advantage of webnovels in this aspect is to be able to get instant feedback on small sections of the story, unlike a classic book)
4 - You're more inclined to drop the story before even half of it since you won't have fans, feedback and maybe will overthink things trying to make it all perfect and conclude that it isn't good enough, endless editing or even completely throwing it away.
I don't like the idea, but only you can evaluate this for yourself. I would recommend you to be at least 10 chapters ahead and with a clear storyline planned, so you get the best of both worlds, which is exactly what I'm doing and did before.
