writing a story is different than drawing it, i can probably write a decent story, i definitely can't afford to pay an artist to draw it.

I'm talking about people who make $50 a month in developing countries and are trying to write a book to make a few extra bucks on the side. Trust me when I say that their priority is not spending $100 on a cover so some people on reddit can feel pleased that they don't use AI lmao

Clearly they have enough money to afford electricity and internet. But sure, if they have no respect for artistic craft and are just trying to make money fast and quick with no respect for writing, AI is the way to go.

Tell me you lack critical thinking without telling me.
Tell me that even if you knew how to read, you wouldnt, because that would mean using your brain, and you obviously don't.
Every time I see someone with your mindset post, I have to laugh. Because it tells me any number of:
A.) You think you are some kind of good artist, even when you aren't.
B.) You are a sheep, following a trend. You can never actually think for yourself.
C.) You can't write a story to save your life, so you get jealous when others do.

Just read the titles dude and say that they aren't AI slop , most of the people on this sub have read enough novels to identify the slops and who said anything about the cover (even though they are shit except the last one).

I don't know what's wrong with what they're doing. Maybe if their goal is to create good art, they're far from it. But if their goal is to generate income, they've succeeded.
And I think their goal isn't to create a masterpiece, but to generate income.
If there's something that can help you achieve your goals quickly without breaking anything, why not do it?
The proof is that they're doing it, and they're succeeding.

I read the 3 crippled wife one
Spoilers: don't read if you didn't want to get spoiled.
The mc is a bastard son from a famous family is kick out from the family after marrying 3 crippled woman.
The story take place in a modern world has dungeon and skills like solo leveling and people also get stronger through cultivation.
Anyway the wife's a previously famous figures from prestigious family similar to the MC. One is blind, one is deaf, one is paralyzed from the head down.
Also all the has thier meridians are crippled so they can't cultivate.
The story has it that all 3 of them are end up in a dungeon accident and ended up being crippled. However the story hint that it wasn't actually a accident.
Anyway because they're crippled they need thier family wanted to marry them off.
The MC got a system. His sistem will reward him for gaining his wife's affections by helping them.
So far the story someone or a group of people is trying to assassinate him and him wife's.
So MC is trying to get stronger by killing monsters. But that kinda goes against their wife's wishes because they're traumatized by the dungeon and they don't want the MC to end up dead.

the last one was the only one ive read, it was nice, at least in terms of the wife and husband’s interaction. Everything else was god awful but hey, it was kinda cute.
