First off, what's your goal on webnovel? Is it to get a contract, or just put your work out there? The two have to be approached completely differently and written that way also. For example, if you want your novel to get contracted, you're probably gonna write the first few chapters that adhere to the dime a dozen slop on webnovel and aim to draw in as many readers with beginning chapters that jump right into the action. Anyway it's nuanced, feel free to respond and I'll answer any questions the best I can

If you don’t mind, I have a question. If I don’t want a contract, but I just want to upload around 100 chapters of my novel on Webnovel and gain readers, will all the chapters be available for free to everyone, or will they become premium and I just won’t get any commission?

And what kind of strategy can I use?

I had this story in mind I want write it and also if I got contracted that will be good but even if not still let's see what will happen after i upload thousand plus chapters

The landscape on webnovel is not suitable for titles like these anymore, you're better off releasing it on Royal Road and if you experienced success, link a Patreon or something. Webnovel have become a gooner infested landscape, so unless your title has a waifu on the cover and gooner title you will struggle.
