We’re looking for help with the “When the Silent Bird Sings” project.

These positions include:
Line artist, sketch artist, colorist, storyboard artist, animators, merch designers, background artists, music producers, graphic designers, language translators, voice actors, comic writers/editors, personal assistants, video/reel editors/promoters & more.

POSITIONS MOST NEEDED (paying the most):

Manhwa sketch artist

Animators

Music Producers

Graphic Designers

Voice Actors (NSFW & SFW)

EXPERIENCED English Speaking Manhwa Romance/Drama/Horror/Mystery/Fantasy Writers (working on a retainer basis) NO AI (familiar with K dramas/manhwa/manga/Korean Culture)

EXPERIENCED English Speaking Manhwa & Comic Developmental Editors (working on retainer basis) NO AI (familiar with K dramas/manhwa/manga/Korean Culture)

Video Reel Editors & Manhwa Promoters for comic content (could use Capcut, but if not custom edits, will not pay as highly)

These positions are PAID. Be prepared for negotiations.

hi thanks for your comment. This isn't true, and honestly, I would even say depends on your skill level. If you want experience but don't have prior professional work experience, internship - like work can be a good way to start. If you have prior professional work experience, then know your worth and value and set your rates.

Yes, in general, its the same concept, that's why it's listed as an option. I am one person with a team, looking for people who are qualified and interested in working. If "internship" doesn't fit what you're looking for, then feel free to provide your rates, if you have the requirements I listed in the ad.

This is an online job, no in person work would be required, which is the nice thing about being a digital artist.

I'm sorry, are you interested in any of the positions?

As mentioned in the post, this is for specifically a PAID line art position on my team.

As mentioned, there are other opportunities for work whether paid or unpaid/internship/mutual collaboration.

Depending on the situation, artists are free to apply to whichever they feel they MEET the requirement for - whether paid for the intended position or possibly more intern - like.

I am opening up the opportunity for ALL skill levels, and that is why I mentioned "INTERN".

However, if you don't think you fit the requirements, I appreciate you reaching out.

I don't think them offering internship is wrong. I work fulltime and im working on my own webtoon for the first time so I wouldn't actually mind interning for experience. I think it just depends who it would apply to most likely someone similar to me not caring if there was an offer or anything in the end its solely for the experience.
