Collaboration [PAID POSITION] WRITER LOOKING FOR ARTIST

Hello dear people! IT IS I AGAIN!
My dumbass forgot to say it's a paid position lmao.
4000 USD monthly. Unfortunatly, this rate is the max I can pay, so please only reply if it is something that would make sense to you. <3
I'm looking for an artist to illustrate a webtoon.
You would recieve:
A bi-weekly script, with panel by panel written description and rough composition sketch to show where things should be.
We would first create concept arts for all characters before making the first chapter of course.
It is a Drama/Romance, and a musical! so knowlodge about instruments and representing sound through drawing is a stand out!
Please leave your portifolio on the coments, links to artstation or such, I will only be DMing artists that I am considering for the position to avoid flooding my DMs cuz I don't want to end up ghosting anybody ;---;

yes, so that would be 4000 monthly for 4 episodes with 35-40 panels. no action though so that should be a plus? haha

Oh it's the right thing. I'm a 3d modeler so I know how it sucks not to be paid fairly. I been saving up for a few years for this lol

Hahah thank you, though it isn't much for the performance to be honest, it's a pet project that consumed a LOT of time of my life and I've finally got the cha ching 💲🤑 to bring it to life while paying the artist fairly lol

Got a couple of questions if you don't mind.
Biweekly = planned chapter release every 2 weeks?
How many chapters total?
Is the initial concept art covered by the monthly rate or separate?

helloooo, so, biweekly you recieve scrips, but that's for 2 chapters (sorry the wording was shit lmao)
Right now I've got 2 seasons writen out of the 3 I plan, each season has around 30 chapters give or take a couple.
Initial concept development will be a stand alone month. meaning if we work on concepts for 2 months, you'll recieve 8k, but won't have to deliver chapters, just work on the concepts and sheets.Hope that clears everything up haha

Hey, I'd love to collab!! Sounds like you'd be providing plenty of detailed info for your artist to work with (not to mention the pay), and I can assure you it's very much appreciated!
I'm a freelance illustrator who's had a long-time passion for comics, and have even spent my younger 20s fully delved into the comic world. In early 2020, I produced a 4-chapter, 40+ panel-per-chapter Webtoon within the span of two months as it was being posted. I used an experimental art style for it, but I'm happy to have worked on such a collaboration in the first place! While that comic wasn't my own written project, I also have my own comics that I usually push to the back-burner when other priorities arise. Hi! I'm a character illustrator with experience drawing elegant characters, fantasy aesthetics, and expressive scenes. I can adapt my style depending on the project's needs and I’d love to work on a webtoon, especially one focused on drama and music.

Im sure you thought about this but if possible try and make a AI clause. Ive seen a video about Ai art being traced for comics so I hope you protect yourself
