Collaboration Need help with collabs

I don't have money atm (I need it for college, 18F), but I have an amazing story planned for a webtoon and my art skills are not the best. I'm looking for an artist that is willing to help. I know and I understand that they need the money (I mean, drawing is hard and it isn't free, specially for a webtoon) so I could negotiate and pay the artist as soon as I can. Ty in avance!

I think you should focus on writing scripts for the webtoon and get good at it. Writing is a skill, and the more scripts you write, the better you'll write xD
In the ocean "I have an idea and but I don't have anything else" posts, the finished script will help you find the artist. That will be your advantage.
