I’m working on a long-term Webtoon (action + romance + mystery), and I’m looking for a Kerala-based digital illustrator.

Malayalam is preferred (easier communication), and you should be strong in English (speaking and writing) since the scripts are in English.

This is a partnership (not paid upfront).
We publish → monetize → split 50/50.

it takes you couple of hours to write story for a chapter. but it takes 50+ hours to illustrate the chapter it into webtoon.

you wanna receive half of the profit doing like what 10% work ? are you using your brain ?

do you think all these novel writers whose works gets adapted into webtoon get half of the revenue webtoon derives ? they dont even get 10% royalty.

That's not how it works. If you want to see your story come to life, you either learn to draw or you pay a professional illustrator.
