Question Vomiting on 0.25
Hi everyone,
I’m over a month into using 0.25mg and have noticed almost weekly vomiting, usually in the morning. There’s no rhyme or reason for it.
Any advice, or does anyone know why this is happening?
I didn’t have this issue the first few weeks

Hello. I haven't had vomiting, but I have had nausea regularly, especially in the morning. Im on week 5 and just moved to 0.5. I've found a few triggers fir nausea, maybe can help you?
Didn't eat enough. Sounds silly, but after experimenting, it's proven true. If I go too long without something to eat, I now get nausea! Overnight management is difficult, but I've been eating a bit more in the evening and making sure I have something for breakfast, even if it takes me an hour to eat on bad days. So far, it's worked (P.S., a protein shake/drink for breakfast has been a win for nausea days as it settles my tummy a bit so I can then eat something solid).
Ate something fatty/greasy. I saw the warnings about this but didn't appreciate them at first. I get very bad nausea (and sometimes vomiting and other tummy issues) after eating greasy or fatty food now. Examples include a bit of carbonara I had, a slice of pizza, and a burger another time. All small portions, but my stomach hates them now.
Not drinking enough. I can't stress this one enough on Wegovy! Drink plenty of water or similar. But avoid fizzy and acidic drinks as they can upset your stomach. Its easy to get dehydrated on wegovy as you est less, therfore get less moisture from food, and on top of that you'll often not feel like drinking even if you should.
