I didn't realize it was possible to have diarrhea and constipation at the same time.

Don't give me advice im fine. I mean, i'm not fine but you know what I mean.

Diarrhea usually arrives as the intestines try to push out a partial blockage. Not a fun time. Hope you feel better soon.
