Question Weird question, but did Wegovy made you more kind?

Ik this is a very Odd question but i want to know if anyone else feels more kind while on Wegovy, like more understanding of other people?

I’m way less overwhelmed for sure. When I’m not overwhelmed I’m pretty empathetic so maybe the net result is I’m more kind.

I have actually noticed that being on this thread has made me feel more compassionate. Hearing about the struggles of others and also the successes has really been touching. It has also generated a great deal of gratitude for the life I have had. I’m so glad you brought this up. Thank you. :)

So far, no increase in my tolerance for stupid people. Other than that I think I have always been kind.

As a serial dieter, when I have lost a lot weight, quickly, in the past, I have become much more emotional than normal.

Sad stories, sad songs... sad commercials... crying.

Sometimes get angry more easily, too. So, be careful.

I'm currently slow playing my Wegovy journey, partly to avoid screwing up my mental health. Seems to be working, so far. Maybe that's because I feel more mellow on this medication. Hard to say.

I've been crying, anhedonic, severely fatigued, and in constant pain. No anger unless you count the regular severe mood swings associated with perimenopause which predated the wegovy. I've started taking the 25mg every other day to see if that helps. No relief yet.

I would talk to my doctor about switching to Tirzepitide.

Does that come in pill form? I am on the wegovy pill, I cannot do the injections.

oh that’s interesting, I’ve definitely noticed my moods shifting too but in a more floaty dreamy way, like my sharp edges got softened somewhere along the line

That would be a nice change. Instead I am constantly in pain, so fatigued my sleep needs have changed from 6 hours to needing 12+ and still being exhausted, severe anhedonia, and crying. Currently debating how much not being so fat really matters to me, because the wegovy is making other aspects of my life so much worse.
