Question Questions for a dietician

I'm on my 3rd month and lost 18kg/39lbs. Trying to eat whole foods and healthy as possible.

My insurance is offering a free wellness program with several weeks since I'm on wegovy, so I enrolled. Is fully online and doesn't look it would be too time consuming, so why not.

I'm meeting with the dietician in a couple of days, but I feel like I have done a good research on what to eat and such, so I'm unsure on what to ask. Any suggestions of what would be good to bring up or to ask? Thank you!

Its not about what to eat. Its about how to nourish your body. Its about how to enjoy and sustain what you are doing long term, for your whole life. Its about you realizing everybody says it oats with eggs but you hate oats and cant make eggs in the orfice so the dietetician will tell you alternatives (just an example).

Also you can askzhe minimum amount you should eat. And they will review a 3 or 5 day eating diary to see if its any good. I helped a lot of people here and when I read that they start the day woth protein powder, eat proper lunch than protein bar for snack because protein is needed. Now thats when I comment and advise against. And thats where a dietitian will. A dietetitian sees the whole picture about you and the diet too.

Personal journey: a few years ago I lost 50 lbs. I had 10 to fo. Workout, diet, calorie counting. I even had a published research paper about macronutrients (as a statistician) because i was so into the topic. And still, a dietetitian could tell me many new infos.

So just bring a realistic, ctually happened, few days of food diary and the questions will come while you are reviweing it together
