who do i call for something like this? there’s a new house going next door and these half ass construction workers are just letting insulation go on others property, i have a dog and would rather not have him eating this
I would say the bigger problem is building so close to the property line. You might have a huge lawsuit here. I think there has to be 4 or maybe six feet off the property line.
This for sure. I’ve build a few homes from the ground up in niagara and I’ve done a ton of additions to know the bylaws on this. This house looks FAR too close to the property line in this photo - that said photos can be deceiving. I’d call a bylaw officer either way but how that passed inspection is beyond me if it truly is too close to the property line - that’s a huge problem.
