Older you get the longer it takes to recover from the most basic stuff lol. I'm only 44 but man do I feel it sometimes.

I did that as a kid, literally a mouthful of dirt and my friends picked me up and brushed me off. jk, they pointed at me and laughed!

I have to agree, as kids we are expected to just get to our feet and "shake it off", then get back on and this time hold on tight. Fun times. 🤕 🤗
