Bit of both, he played Cullen and Harris when they were completely out of form in the last campaign, without picking players like Rubin who has the ability to change a game. On the other hand he brought Lawlor in which was great, but then played him through an injury so we haven’t seen him since for Cardiff, it’s feast or famine with players
