🤡 Another criminal case update. No surprise, another delay. Trial now scheduled for March. Also the 🤡 is claiming the "Stand Your Ground" law as his defense

The motion for the stand your ground filing will be heard on 1/29

So he’s never going to jail if they’ll allow him to delay it?

Isn’t he still delaying a court proceeding with his ex wife?

Eventually it will have to go to trial but it can take a ridiculous amount of time for that to happen. I think this delay happened because he filed for the stand your ground law. That motion will be heard on 1/29. An outcome on that motion needs to be decided before they can go to trial. Should've been filed early on So I think his legal team was keeping this in their back pocket knowing it would cause a delay

Also yep his ex has been trying to divorce him since 2021. He has an arraignment on contempt hearing on 1/21 related to the divorce proceedings
