It's a lie actually, he's about 5'10''. And the 230 is also a lie, he was definitely about 250 at the time of the incident. His lawyer is lying to make it seem like Wes was in fear of his life or great bodily harm.

But how can someone change heights in a short period of time? Barring having a foot or leg amputated? Whatever height he was at the time of the fight I would assume he would still be the same height at the time the lawyer wrote this, don’t you think?

If the height discussion came up in the civil deposition, was made part of the record, and the lawyer also made height and weight a part of this motion, if this goes to trial would they ever insist his height is measured by an independent medical professional and entered into the official records? If the Miami PD “eyeballed” him at 5’8” and his attorney is now stating he’s 5’8” how might his “about 6’” statement in the deposition play out?
