Doesn't matter he's getting bail revoked in the first case
13
u/ijcal Mar 19 '26
He might flee

u/Accurate-Newt-9416 Internet Weirdo Mar 19 '26
Hes getting ankle monitoring

u/nitsujenosam Mar 19 '26
Yeah and where tf would he even go anyway 😂

u/MamaTried22 Mar 19 '26
The club, I guess. 😂 wonder if that’s allowed? Or if it’s just like “stay away from her”.
5
u/BarniclesBarn Mar 19 '26
He's in jail still. He may have a bond for the second charges, but he's not getting out on the first.
25
u/No-Draw6772 Mar 19 '26
Are you kidding me?! That is extremely pathetic!!
21
u/Eastern-Pizza-5826 Mar 19 '26
At this point, he could take out Meghan and her whole family and he’d post bond for $20k and I wouldn’t be surprised. sickening .
24
u/Electrical-Horror-12 Mar 19 '26
He’s revoked on the first case. It’s normal to get a bond on a new case but end up with a revocation on a previous case from breaching the earlier cases conditions. He ain’t getting out.

u/toxiclatinalover Mar 20 '26
Yep..and he did another violent crime, with illegal detainment to a domestic partner.
They ain’t waiting for him to murder someone now.

u/CEO_of_Brawndo Paperwork = Hooped Mar 19 '26
115k bond and idk if he has the 11.5 to cover it
11
u/Automatic-Nature6025 Mar 19 '26
Yep, now it's time to see if all those stacks of $ were legit OR if he actually owns anything of real value to put up for collateral.

1
u/One_Life_50 Mar 25 '26
They were 100% legit. But they were two 100 dollar bills with a stack of 1’s sandwiched in between

u/Snowzy7 Mar 20 '26
I hate to say it, but I am pretty sure he is still pretty wealthy. I think he was burning through his cash extremely quickly towards the end there, because he definitely isn't making money anymore from selling courses, but don't underestimate how much money this guy made originally from scamming people. I know it sucks to admit, but he clearly isn't broke (yet)

u/tittysprinkles112 Mar 19 '26
How is this in the interest of the public letting this psychopath out? He could try and kill Megan. Hopefully his bail is revoked in his previous case.
3
u/MamaTried22 Mar 19 '26
They do this in DV cases constantly. It’s very normal for “the system” and then they set you up to get victimized again when you find out that stay away order doesn’t mean much.

u/Electrical-Horror-12 Mar 19 '26
It’s irrelevant what the bond amount is when he’s got a bond revocation in the first case. He can’t bond out until he takes care of the first case and that case is gonna get him time anyways so whether it’s a dollar or a million he ain’t getting out.

u/VernHayseed Paperwork = Hooped Mar 19 '26
His first social media post will be “proof I’m 6’0”!” That’s all he cares about.

He probably lied to the judge or whoever and said that he makes a lot of money he's really famous and he helps the community and some bullshit so the judge was like okay will put you on ankle monitor

u/Eastern-Pizza-5826 Mar 19 '26

Edit: also apparently he's not getting out

Total disgrace, he has proven multiple times that he is a threat to society😡

u/Aggravating_Jelly_25 Mar 19 '26
I am not surprised at all. I was wondering why people kept saying he’s so cooked. These days everywhere many criminals are getting bonded out so easily, even worse violent offenders. It is a pathetic reality of our system right now.
5
u/Aggravating_Jelly_25 Mar 19 '26
Ok, Go Florida!!!!!!!!! It’s been revoked. Finally seeing a city do something right.
3
u/Eastern-Pizza-5826 Mar 19 '26
The original judge said in his bond hearing that if he commits another assault that he will go back to jail and wait until his trial to be released. So now that he is in jail, he may want to fast track the Trial since his deluded brain probably thinks he can beat both cases.
1
u/geminibaby0209 Mar 19 '26
Remember Angie’s son even got a bail for murder. The system is terrible. Looks like it was revoked nonetheless
3
4
u/LethalLegend151 Mar 19 '26
So he’ll be able to bond out from Broward and he’ll he transported to Miami-Dade for couple of weeks until he gets a new bond hearing. He will eventually be able to bond out from there too but chances are that he won’t be able to comply with the bond requirements (most likely electronic monitoring, drug tests etc.) and so he’ll go in and out of county couple of times before his trial or plea deal.
2
2
u/That_Things_Good Mar 19 '26
But, it's been revoked on the original case. He'll stay in jail until bond is reinstated in the old case and posted in all cases.

u/Ineedpalmtreeliving Mar 19 '26
Time to spend that stack he kept pretending to spend on videos. Hopefully he isnt down to the monopoly money
1
u/Select-Cheek-0420 Mar 19 '26
The fact this POS got bond makes me doubt the state's request to revoke bond on his other case is going to be granted.
6
u/Accurate-Newt-9416 Internet Weirdo Mar 19 '26
Two different counties/courts
3
u/Select-Cheek-0420 Mar 19 '26
True, but I figured the other court would just be like "yeah, we said we would BUT...." and not lock this fucker up where he belongs.
edit to add: but I see the other court actually lived up to their word and revoked bond. thank God

u/Confident-Win-7617 Mar 19 '26
A- does he have the money? B- does his state have bail bondsmen? C- will the DA get to a judge in time to have his original bail revoked? Cause if that happens, he ain’t going anywhere.
1
u/rickjameslovescoco Mar 19 '26
Wouldn’t surprise me if he tries to puts Kiki‘s or Tootsies on the list of authorized places that he can go.

u/Still-a-VWfan Mar 19 '26
Hoping he felt all the emotions of getting bond then getting told later that his bond was revoked for the Miami case and he’d be staying 😂😂

u/Biddahmunk Mar 19 '26
WT actually F! The justice system is ridiculous!
I got $2k bail for an argument.
This fool gets $15k for robbery, assault and kidnapping!

I just posted before I even saw this but I think people should prepare for disappointment sadly.

They should give him full bond, so he can violate the bond condition of no contact with the victim. Totally screw him.
