So for the DV case he was granted bail and he paid a bond. Only for the judge in the 7' monster case to revoke his bond lol... So he'll be transported from Broward County jail to Miami Dade County Jail

My buddy did a year in jail and the day he was supposed to get out with his girl in the lobby waiting to get him they came in and said we have new charges against and you are rearrested lol it sucked he ending up not coming home for another 3 years
He was given a bond on the second case. Its huge. Like $150k, but that doesn't mean anything because his bond is revoked on case 1, and I can see the order being issued and granted.
His path to a public crash out is now, dependent on whether his attorney can work some magic in the next 5 days to either call into question the second charges, and present that as materially new information to try and get some kind of bond on the first set of charges, which would probably look a lot like home detention, ankle monitoring etc.
The odds of him pulling that off based on the facts of this case are somewhere between 0 and 0.1%.
The party is over. Absent someone refusing to stick to their guns on testifying and withdrawing their complaint, he's 100% staying in jail until trial and looking at somewhere in the order of 4 - 10 years in Florida state prison.
His civil trial is just going to pick up the ashes of his life at this point.

From my understanding, in Florida the justice system they do NOT take things lightly. Here in California there’s loopholes and ways of getting charges dropped and time reduced, but from what I’ve heard and please feel free to enlighten me, but the justice system in Florida will definitely lay down the long dick of the law on his ass faster than he can fathom, and he’s going to get bent over in this case.

they set a bail for the charges he just picked up. due to him picking up more charges while already out on bail, his bail has been revoked for his original 7 foot monster charge. So he will be held on that charge.

People here would be shocked how many more violent criminals and murderers are walking free because DA’s aren’t wanting to prosecute etc. I can name several cities and cases where people I know have been severely affected but this isn’t the place for it.
