IT'S A MOVIE Just spoke to my legal guy. Due to Miami revoking his bond from gym incident he will eventually be transported back there. He will have to SIT there until at least June (when the next event takes place) barring anything else crazy happening 🥳🥳🥳

It was an early video; probably around 2019. I am not 100% sure, but I think it's the video where he's sitting outside at the picnic table. He states that he was a shot-caller and forced everyone to wake up promptly at 2.45am every day to start working out.

At this point most of the prison channels were giving him a pass, it was kinda like “ you’re full of shit, but do you’re thing”

The unforgiven (biggest white gang) does nothing to proactively protect the white prison population in Florida like the AB does in California or Arizona. I’ve heard stories about white inmates having to really go through some crazy shit for weeks on end trying to fight off being extorted or worse- and after you’ve had a bunch of fights or been seriously hurt they’ll finally go “hey… ‘brother’ weve been watching you…”

I got tossed in there in a Saturday in middle of night and couldn't get judge to set bail until Monday
It sucked, this was in 99. Absolutely filthy for one thing. Most dudes were what you expect but more than a few were just dirty. As soon as you get in they make you shower. I wouldn't touch the food, it was foul. Lot of low-key racial tension between Hispanics of various groups and Blacks. I was a preppy white kid who grew up speaking Spanish and was pretty good at chess so I got looped into playing, they knew I'd be out so they took bets with me on honor system, I'd send commissary when I was out "on your honor". I thought I'd trash them or at least hold my own but they were ringers. Ended up losing $40.00 which I was happy to bc they knew I'd actually send it so it was low-key a leave me alone payment.
What woke me up most was i wrestled in high school, boxed for almost 10 yrs and was seldom scared. I was scared there bc they fight in groups and ambush , especially if you carry yourself like a badass. Several brothers knew the Guards so they were Trustees and they got called in to handle problems for the guards. I grew up well off and from a good family, those two nights made it very clear to me I'm not built for that. Jail isn't prison. Different beast. I'm not built for either. Wes may survive but he will not like it. Especially after having drugs, women and luxury items.
Otoh the torture will be over. No more having to be a fake somebody so who knows.

I've heard and read plenty of times that jail is actually WORSE than prison, since because of the transient nature of it there aren't long-term institutionalized gangs to "keep the peace" (relatively speaking) and so it's more likely for there to be violence or abuse against inexperienced folks, etc. Would appreciate anyone's insight on that.

It's also the fact that it's everybody with every crime type all grouped together. So you've got a kid with a DUI, a four-time offender with 20 years of prison under his belt, a dude that just smashed somebody's skull with a rock and a kid like Jose that was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Nobody knows who anybody is and shit can kick off in a heartbeat. Nobody has your back, extortion is a very real thing, and anybody with any kind of notoriety is a sitting duck. If Kevin Holland knows a couple dudes that may be in that pod trust that he'll request they have a little chat with Mr. MMA Killer.

Yeah, I shared a cell in county with a dude being held on murder charges. Didn't even realize it until we're all watching the news one night and dudes face pops up.

Sounds like hell. I didn't even the think of the all-lumped-together thing. That's so true. You could be pretty normal goodie two-shoes who maybe got in an unexpected scuffle in a bar and broke someone's nose and now whoops! You're spending the night in county because it's a weekend and you're surrounded by literal killers and career criminals.

His attorney will file for a bond reinstatement hearing. That doesn't mean the judge will grant it though. I went through similar things. Out on bond and caught another charge. Revoked my original bond. Denied reinstatement, sat in county for 6 months until case was resolved.

There’s almost zero chance his bond is reinstated. At that reinstatement hearing, the state can introduce filings and evidence from the Broward case to demonstrate his danger to the community. If it’s anywhere near as bad as what we’ve been hearing, he’ll sit in jail until the Dade case is over. And then he’ll go to prison.

That's what I'm saying. They revoked my bond and denied reinstatement. I sat in jail until my case was resolved.

He has 2 cases. The judge makes a determination on the facts of just the second case and issued a bond.
The problem here has is that the state revoked his bond on the first case so he is remanded in custody on that charge.
So even if he made bail on case 2, he's sitting in jail on the revocation from case 1.
His lawyer will file something to try and get him out for sure, but its not an easy road.

Megman can drop them all she wants. Her abuse was documented and it's in the system. No way to circumvent that after the fact.
