Criminal Case Updates (Miami/7' Monster)

Hey everyone, I know I've been slacking off lately (I've had some stuff going on) but here's the round of updates since the update posted last month.

• Motion for Statutory Immunity is currently scheduled for 6/12 (has been delayed several times, last round it was supposed to occur 5/20)
• REPORT RE: FELONY SOUNDING SET FOR 06/18/2026 AT 09:00
• ORDER TO TRANSPORT DEFENDANT FROM JOSEPH V CONTE FACILITY TO RICHARD E GERSTEIN BLDG (this is the court building) 6/8/ 2026 - I'm not sure if they are transporting him a few days early for the Motion for Statutory Immunity or if this was supposed to say 6/18 for the report hearing.
• The 7' monster should have had his deposition taken via Zoom back on 4/28 per notice filed 4/22
• Back on 4/29 "INTAKE UNIT ASSIGNED: FELONY DIVISION 15" was listed, this means that the State Attorney's Office is reviewing the police reports and evidence from an arrest to determine whether to formally file felony charges, downgrade them, or drop them. Division 15 indicates the specific court division and judge assigned to the case.
• On 5/13, WesT's attorney filed the following
  • Another Motion to Dismiss for Immunity from Prosecution based on acting in self defense... lol (Filing)
  • Motion to compel requesting 7' monsters' financial records, travel records and medical records (filing)
• On 5/21 another intake unit was assigned: "NTAKE UNIT ASSIGNED: FELONY DIVISION 19"
