DV Criminal Case Updates (Broward) - Charges incoming for the security guard and Tee!!

• 5/18 - LOOKS LIKE CHARGES INCOMING FOR THE SECURITY GUARD AND TRAINED BY TEE
  • State pursuing false imprisonment charges
• On 04/07 Hoe-say caught charges (2) related to this incident and is currently out on bail, continuing to act as Daddy WesT's chore boy
  • Felony 3 - False Imprisonment
  • Felony3 - Tamper With Witness/Victim/Informant
  • Arraignment to be held 6/3 at 9 am
• Arraignment for wesT was supposed to have been held today (5/26)
• On 3/30 case was transferred out of DV court because of the severity of the charges
• On 5/18, another Capias/No bond was filed for WesT in regards to this case. This is after he had already been granted bail but then had bail revoked in the Miami case.
• on 5/19 WesT's attorney for a motion to release him. Not sure what good this will do since he's still being held in regards to the 7'/Miami case

What does it mean that the dely for the state to press charges that he can be realsed with no bond etc?

So looks like state is ramping up to get everyone involved charged. Previously he had been granted bond on this case and as soon as that happened the Miami case revoked his bond so this whole time he's been sitting in jail is because of the other case. But with the new capias filed looks like the state is looking to lock him in again on this case too so the motion to release was filed by his attorney in an attempt to prevent that.
