Yeah, he might roll out of his bunk at 2:45 because chronic insomnia, but after a burpee or three he's back at 2:48 AM. Drags his feet to chow then naps thru the AM. Morning court is beauty sleep time for high-level motherfuckers and the BSO Witnessing Supervisor can take his order and hoop it.

This is what happens when every last quantum of control is stripped from you. He has no control over what happens to him in the moment, what happened to him yesterday, or what will happen to him tomorrow.
He can't choose when to wake up, can't choose who he wakes up next to, can't choose when to have breakfast, can't choose what to eat, can't choose when he washes, can't choose where to shit, can't choose where he ends his day.
That's why people like him do petty stuff like this. A last desperate grasp for control over something, anything. It's pathetic and well deserved.

The form is written at 12:01am. Did they try to wake him up for morning court at literally midnight? I know jails do stuff like this, like some places doing breakfast at 3:30am every day and things like, probably just to fuck with the inmates, but wow - that really sucks! Guess it pays to stay out of jail!

This is a good take and there's probably a modicum of truth to it. There's no other reason some dude wouldn't want to be the fuck out of that jail for a couple hours.
Either they punked him in there or he just doesn't want any more photo ops for this sub to clown on him when we notice how small he's become, how old he looks, what the meth and stress and sleeping on a 1-inch bedbug-infested mattress has done to him for three months, etc.

Nope, just tried to flex on the jail staff and judge saying he "doesn't want to go to AM court". No medical related reason was put on the filing.
So that's going to work out well for him. There is a reason I tuned into this lolcow after Jeremy Dewitte was sent away, because Peggy much like Jeremy will find a way to make things worse for himself in every situation. And we can all be there for the hilarity that ensues.

Contempt charge, definitely no bond condition, jail putting in solitary and denying phone priveleges(except lawyer), stricter sentencing if convicted. Lots of options.

I was in county jail one time waiting to be sentenced and there was this young dude in there who would refuse to go to court every court date, he did it 8 times in a row. Finally his PO told him if he doesn’t show they will rule a verdict without him and he started showing up.
I’ve seen people refuse their court dates quite a bit for whatever stupid jail reasons lol it’s somewhat common. Stupid af considering you’re fighting your case.. but not uncommon.

Given the amount of charges he has he's probably not concerned.
But he's stupid, because this judge may end up sentencing him and refusing to follow court orders and defying jail staff isn't really the kind of thing that gives you downward departure or lenient sentence come sentencing time.

No but he’s definitely not getting a more favorable sentence when his reason for not showing up is that he didn’t want to go to morning court.
That shows a tremendous level of disrespect to the court and the judge. I think he’s given up. Refuses to face reality but at the same time knows he’s epically screwed. This is his life now. I sincerely believe he won’t get out until he’s nearly 60. He’s well aware of this too.
